The shipping details for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.
All our products are shipped out between 1 – 7 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond Shoppop24 control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Shoppop24 will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
For orders above Rs. 999/-, the shipping is free.
For orders below Rs. 999/-, a shipping charge of Rs. 65 is applicable per order.
Returns & Exchanges:
Shoppop24 has a no questions asked return policy. We might request you to share an image of your product . For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:
- You must raise a return request by emailing us on email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
- Product Opening Video is Must.
- Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
- Product must be in perfect condition.
- Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
- Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of original payment mode. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 65/- where applicable will not be refunded.
- For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.
- In case of Exchange or Return, Both side shipping will be bear by customer no excuse on that.
- Electric products not refund
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. Shoppop24 reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Cash On Delivery:
- To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
- If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order
- No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method
How do I know if my area is serviceable for C.O.D or not?
We ship across India with COD available on most PIN codes. However, due to local disturbances, our courier partners may block certain PIN codes temporarily. If the PIN code you enter during checkout is non serviceable, our system will give you an error message letting you know – after which you can always decide to ship your order to an alternative address.
